Shannon began her career in banking as a teller 25 years ago. Since then, she’s worked in both personal banking and branch leadership roles. Shannon understands the importance of maintaining loyal customers and growing relationships. She also knows that successful managers lead by example and works to create a positive, successful work environment by motivating her team to perform to the best of their abilities. Her work ethic and expertise has resulted in a number of accolades for customer service and for meeting and exceeding sales goals. In her community, she volunteers at events like Rake Up Boise, Reality Town and Festival of Trees.
