About Kathleen Swift
Nonprofit Development Officer
Kathy has over 30 years of banking experience as well as expertise managing a portfolio of both for-profit and nonprofit companies, including real estate loans, lines of credit, tax-advantaged bonds and affordable housing credits. Kathy is an avid supporter of her community. She contributes to over 20 local nonprofits and volunteers hundreds of hours each year. She currently serves as board chair for Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest, board treasurer for Catholic Charities of Oregon, board member for Portland Community Reinvestment Initiative (PCRI) and trustee of the Parish Trust Fund of the Archdiocese of Portland. At home, Kathy likes to watch over her Rhode Island Red chickens—whose coop features an electronic door, automated feeder and video surveillance system
