Bruce Clawson

Bruce comes to Oregon and SW Washington with more than 20 years of commercial banking experience. Bruce has held various bank management positions as a team leader and division manager in both community banking and middle-market lending. He is focused on the development of great lending teams as the key to support customer growth and helping them achieve their business goals. Prior to entering commercial banking, Bruce earned his CPA and had an 18-year career as a controller, treasurer and CFO at several companies, both private and public. During his prior bank career in northwest Washington, Bruce served on the Western Washington University Foundation’s board of directors as treasurer then vice chair. He is a 15-year Rotarian and a regular speaker on banking matters, such as PPP and the financial crisis in 2008.
