About Michael Gordon
Treasury Management & Commercial Payments Team Lead
Michael is an experienced banking leader with more than 30 years in the financial services industry, specializing in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Payments, and Merchant Services. In his role, he leads Heritage's Treasury Management and Commercial Banking teams. Michael is known for his relationship-focused approach and taking the time to get to know his clients, building a foundation to develop personalized strategies and recommend banking solutions that best fit their business and financial goals. Beyond his professional work, Michael is deeply committed to his community, where he currently serves on the Elder Board of Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church, the Board of Directors for The Coffee Oasis, and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Pierce County and the Bank's annual Shred to Fed event benefiting Gig Harbor FISH Food Bank. Outside of work, Michael enjoys watching baseball and spending time with his family.
