Lisa started as a part-time teller 30 years ago and has since expanded her experience through a variety of roles. She spends her time building long-term relationships with customers as well as driving efficiency and profitability. She believes in adding value to client relationships and is passionate about finding solutions for small businesses. She works to build high-functioning teams and serving the communities in which she lives, works and plays. Some of the organizations she supports and volunteers at is United Way, YMCA, Habitat for Humanity, DECCA, the local chamber of commerce and financial literacy programs. She's received leadership and community service awards and has been recognized as Business Women of the Year.
