About Randy Robinson

Randy started at Heritage Bank in 2015 and has over 25 years of experience. In his position, Randy sources and structures commercial real estate transactions for affordable housing development and preservation and nonprofit community facilities. He also manages Heritage Bank’s relationship with its tax credit syndicator partner, Enterprise Community Investment. Randy has held positions in the field of community development throughout his career, including at Key Bank, Fannie Mae and U.S. Bancorp. Randy is a commissioner of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and serves on the boards of Impact Capital, HomeSight and the Capitol Hill Housing Foundation. He also chaired the 2009 campaign to renew the Seattle Housing Levy. He is certified by the National Development Council as a community development finance professional.
