About Jace Dwinell
Commercial Banking Officer
Jace has been with Heritage Bank since 2011 and has over 15 years of experience exclusively in mortgage and commercial lending. Now he specializes in C&I lending, including revolving lines of credit and equipment finance, commercial real estate, SBA 7(a) & 504, and other general areas of commercial lending. Jace currently serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Tacoma #8 and the Pierce County Community Investment Corporation. He is also an SEL mentor for elementary aged students in Tacoma, coaches at the Silverdale Pee Wee Athletic Association, and volunteers at the Emergency Food Network. Outside of work, Jace likes to spend time with his wife and three kids. He has a competitive spirit and loves being outside and active.
