About Kristy Weaver
Relationship Banking Regional Manager
Kristy focuses her efforts on developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and nonprofit banking relationships. She manages a team of banking professionals in Portland and Eugene, Oregon, and Southwest Washington. She and her team believe in holistic relationship management with an emphasis on service excellence. Their “private bank for business” model is weighted heavily on commercial deposit and treasury management expertise, which ensures a seamless end-to-end delivery of relationship management for their clients. Kristy is very active in her community by volunteering and supporting many local nonprofits. She currently serves on the board as vice chair for the Community Foundation for SW Washington and is a founding member and steering committee member for Empower Women + Girls. She’s received local recognition by being named one of Clark County’s Founding Mothers in 2016, an Iris Award for Women of Achievement in 2014 and is a past recipient of Clark County’s Accomplished and Under 40.
