Known for her exceptional leadership skills, Jessica excels at coaching and mentoring employees while fostering a work environment that empowers her teams to deliver an outstanding client experience and operational excellence. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jessica is deeply committed to her community. A 2025 Leadership Kitsap 20 Under 40 honoree, she was recognized for her efforts in helping local organizations combat food insecurity. She actively lends her time and support to the South Kitsap Chamber of Commerce, South Kitsap Young Professionals Network, and the Central Kitsap Food Bank. In her personal time, she enjoys camping, watercolor painting, and baking.
