Kim is an experienced banker with over 40 years in the financial services industry. Passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and community partners, she is dedicated to understanding their unique needs and delivering personalized solutions that simplify banking while supporting their financial goals. Kim has consistently been recognized for her expertise in branch management and her commitment to team development, fostering a culture of professional growth that drives a high performing team and a strong, customer focused service model. Beyond her professional work, Kim is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves as Board Chair for the Puget Sound Kidney Center, Treasurer for Central Kitsap Medic One, and volunteers with a number of other organizations, including the Rotary Club of Silverdale. Fun Fact: Kim began her banking career above the Arctic Circle in the small village of Kotzebue, Alaska.
