Alisen has over 15 years of leadership experience in the banking industry. As the Branch Relationship Manager, she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of banking professionals, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and community partners. Known for her exceptional leadership and communication skills, she cultivates a collaborative and motivating atmosphere that empowers her team to deliver outstanding customer service and a productive work environment. Outside of work, Alisen is actively involved in her community, supporting the Port Angeles Food Bank, the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce, 4PA, and the Port Angeles Business Association. In her personal time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, and gardening.
